1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Reasons for Return

Damaged or defective products received.
Incorrect product delivered.
Quality issues, such as spoilage or contamination.


3. Return Process

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [email protected].
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs (if applicable).
Once your request is approved, we will share instructions for returning the product.


4. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.


5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), Saar thakai will cover the return shipping costs.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
